About us

The motive of our practice is to design, based on physical spaces conserving the natural resources, integrating the exterior and interior spaces. Our projects are known for functional innovative designs blended with aesthetic look. We are committed to give the best to our clients.

Our design service is not based on the size and scale of the project. We offer design solution from low budget individual residence to high end residential apartments, bungalows, villas, hotels, retail spaces, industries and commercial buildings.

OUR TEAM

A.K. Vijayashankar Principle Architect

Shankar Associates was started in 1983. Our practice is headed by Architect A.K. Vijayashankar who has vast experience of 40 years. A. K. Vijayashankar completed his degree in Architecture from Anna University . He worked with M/s Chitale & Son leading Architect in Chennai as Senior Architect for various projects from 1971 to 1983.

A.K.V. Sridhar Associate Architect

Architect A.K.V. Sridhar is the Associate Architect who has completed degree in architecture from Madras University. To gain experience in project management he joined M/s Lifestyle and executed projects for them. Later he joined M/s Transform Design Chennai in 2007 as Project Architect for various project.
